Mediation Funding and Fees
Mediation is significantly cheaper and
quicker than the legal route, often saving both time and money. Most clients
reach agreements within 2–3 months compared to over a year through court.
You may be eligible for up to £500 in funding through the Government Family Mediation Voucher Scheme. This covers part of the cost of joint mediation sessions related to child arrangements.

Standard costs per person:
- MIAM – £100 (approx. 45 minutes)
- Joint Mediation Session – £120 (1 to 1.5 hours)
- Shuttle Mediation – £150 (2 hours, separate sessions)
- The preparation items are not costs for each client, they can be shared between both or paid by one client
- Preparation of Parenting Plan – £120
- Preparation of Open Financial Statement – £120
- Preparation of Memorandum of Understanding – £150
- Court Form (C100) preparation – £50
Sessions are paid individually, with no
hidden fees. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are fully refunded
or rescheduled.
